Today’s guide on how to root infinix zero 4 , install custom recovery and
xposed installer is for those who may have been searching the net for how best and safe to go about it, well lucky you, we’ll put you through on that, recalled our previous article on how to take screenshots on infinix note 2, hot 4 and Zero 4
In case you miss that, you can still check it out, before we proceed; it would be wise to give a brief specs of the device in question. Please note, this guide is no way for zero 4 plus, kindly don’t go near trying this on your plus, that being said - shall we take a look at the specs?

Storage : 32GB Rom
Ram : 3GB Ram

Display : 5.5″ FHD 1080×1920 screen featuring Gorilla glass for screen protection

Sensor : Fingerprint scanner, Accelerometer, Gravity sensor, Proximity sensor, Compass
Requirements to root zero 4.
You need to be calm and exercise patience in following the steps involved
*A pc
* latest sp flash tool ( install on your pc )
* Also install correctly vcomm drivers ( You may refer here )
* Zero 4 USB Cable
* And lastly, you need to excercise patience.
How to Install custom recovery and xposed installer on zero 4
Disclaimer - My Wap Tutors and its developers are not responsible if you should destroy your zero 4 in the process, kindly ensure you are conversant with flashing of roms with SP Flash Tool before carrying out this process.
First and foremost, download zero 4 recovery.
Thereafter, you need to extract the file you downloaded in one folder – scatter file abd recovery should be in one folder.
Now launch your sp flash tool, as stated above, you need to have vcomm drivers already installed on your pc.
Once the interface has come up, click on Load scatter, and select the scatter file from the folder you extracted the files you downloaded to,
click on download to start flash ( At this stage switch off your zero 4 )
You may now Connect your phone to the pc while switched off
NOTE : You should see a red progress bar, followed by a yellow one and finally a tick appears to show that the recovery has been flashed successfully
Disconnect your device from the pc
NB: Do not boot your device normally at this stage otherwise you will be stuck in boot logo
How to root infinix zero 4.
Download SuperSU zip from Playstore,
Move it to root of your external sdcard (by root of SD card, we meant in no folder at all)
Now boot into recovery (Press volume up + power key until the devices vibrates, release the power key and then press it again without releasing the volume up until the device vibrates again this time showing infinix logo)
Once in recovery, Go to >> Install Zip >> Choose zip from Sdcard >> now locate Supersu and install.
After the successful flash, Reboot your device and do not interrupt while booting
PS : Under no circumstances must you interfere/interrupt the device while rebooting, You can download root checker from Playstore to confirm.
Required files :
Download zero 4 recovery.
Download SuperSU zip.
