If you have at least N50 or N30 naira on your mtn sim card, then send T3 to 33988. You will receive a text message confirming that you have successfully subscribed to MTN mobisafe backup and you will receive 2gb of data.
But you will need psiphon to set it up. So open your psiphon settings and configure it with the settings below.
* PROXY TYPE: real host
* PROXY SERVER:mtnn.mobisafebackup.com%2f%3aa@ or mtnn.mobisafebackup.com
* REAL PROXY TYPE: HTTP
* REAL PROXY SERVER: 10.199.212.2
* PORT:8080
Now click SAVE and accept to tunnel whole device.
Now go to more option and set it like this...

* PORT:8080
Go back and select Netherlands Or USA as region, now connect and browse.
3g must be enabled on your phone, for it to browse well.
