Surely i'm right. You can't crucify me for that because they are really useless. Imagine MTN sending - how to pass JAMB tips to someone doing his post graduate studies, or sending beauty tips to one grandma in the village, it is really annoying.
Just as their slogan rightly stated, these messages are every where you go.

Of course I am talking about text messages from such numbers as 300123, 5001, 4588, and so on.
This has become the order of the day for the telecommunication companies, bombarding their customers with unsolicited and annoying text messages. After the much debated sanctioning by the NCC, MTN Nigeria has finally come up with a much better customers service.
These text messages can actually be cancelled or stopped.
Dial this code and follow the screen instruction to opt out of such services.

Dial *123*5*4#

You can also call their customer representatives on 180 or 181.
